Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Technician to join the Finance and Human Resources Department, responsible for payroll processing, contract management, and recruitment support. We are looking for a **Human Resources Technician** to join the Finance and Human Resources Department. **Responsibilities** · Payroll processing · Ensuring all onboarding and integration processes for new employees; · Organization and maintenance of individual personnel files; · Contract management · Submission and validation of DMRs to the Tax Authority (AT) and Social Security; · Submission of monthly reports to insurance companies; · Monitoring and management of the employee portal; · Workplace accident reporting; · Organization and maintenance of HST/Occupational Health files; · Support for Recruitment and Selection; **Required Profile** · Experience in similar roles; · Strong communication and interpersonal skills; · High sense of responsibility and organizational ability; · Proficiency in the PRIMAVERA management software – HR module (preferred).
