The ideal candidate must possess team spirit, be responsible, proactive, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow alongside the company. Requirements: Previous experience on construction sites (preferred but not mandatory); Prior work experience on construction sites in Brazil or other European countries; Valid driver's license; Willingness to travel and work outside the city; Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
