Opportunities for growth and career progression Maritime Operations Executive \| Lisbon Pinto Basto, a leading company in maritime transport and national and international logistics, is expanding its team and seeking an Operations Executive to join its Lisbon-based team. We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented professional with experience in international transportation operations and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a dynamic and demanding environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure operational management of international maritime transportation processes * Make bookings with shipping lines and monitor bookings, cut\-offs, and vessel loading * Guarantee correct issuance, validation, and management of transportation documentation * Request certificates and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements * Invoice clients and process supplier invoices * Update and maintain accurate information in internal systems * Support clients and partners, ensuring effective communication throughout the entire process * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to defined deadlines **Required Profile** * Professional experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or international transportation operations (minimum 2 years) * Knowledge of international maritime transportation (FCL and LCL) * Familiarity with maritime documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools * Good command of English **What We Offer** * Integration into a leading company with strong national and international presence * Collaborative environment focused on professional development * Continuous training in logistics processes and maritime operations * Opportunities for growth and career progression * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Additional benefits according to internal policy **About Pinto Basto** Founded in Portugal 255 years ago, Pinto Basto maintains deep roots in logistics, maritime transport, and navigation.
