Job Summary: Inspiring Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Recruiter to manage talent from recruitment through onboarding, and to support HR administrative processes. Integration into a demanding and dynamic professional environment Inspiring Group is currently recruiting a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Recruiter to help us identify and manage top talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of the recruitment process, from defining job profiles to candidate onboarding; Drafting and publishing job advertisements across various platforms; Proactive sourcing and identification of candidates via professional networks, databases, and other tools; Support in defining talent attraction strategies; Regular follow-up and communication with candidates; Collaboration on HR administrative processes, including payroll processing, record updates, and communication with the finance department; Supporting new employee onboarding. Profile and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in consulting firms, recruitment agencies, or outsourcing companies); Experience or knowledge of HR administrative tasks—particularly payroll processing—is an advantage; Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn); Strong communication, organizational, and priority-management skills; Proactivity, dynamism, and results orientation; Youthful mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork; Strong interpersonal communication and motivation skills, with adaptability to dynamic environments. We are looking for: a) Unemployed individuals registered for at least three months with the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training, I.P. (IEFP, I.P.); b) Unemployed individuals registered for at least two months with IEFP, I.P., if aged 29 or younger, or 45 or older; c) Unemployed individuals registered with IEFP, I.P., regardless of registration duration, when they are: - Recipients of unemployment benefits; - Recipients of social inclusion income; - Individuals whose spouse or cohabiting partner is also unemployed and registered with IEFP, I.P.; - Individuals who have completed effective service under Contractual Regime, Special Contract Regime, or Volunteering Regime in the Armed Forces; - Other unemployed or inactive individuals not covered by the above clauses, who have had no social security registration as employees or self-employed workers in the six months prior to hiring.
