Technical Architect **Construction Plan \| Oeiras \| Hybrid \| Full\-time** The Construction Plan team is growing, and we are looking for someone to join our technical team. **Construction Plan** is a company specialized in planning construction and residential renovation projects. We work to make construction more predictable before it begins: we help our clients transform needs, budgets, and decisions into a clear strategy, a well-thought-out space, and sufficiently detailed documentation for budgeting, contracting, and execution. We are in a growth phase and seeking a **Technical Architect** to join our team. This role is for someone who enjoys the practical side of architecture: **conducting surveys, drafting, measuring, detailing, coordinating, and organizing technical information**. We are not just looking for someone who produces aesthetically pleasing drawings. We seek someone who finds satisfaction in taking a decision and ensuring it is clearly defined enough to be executed on-site. **Your responsibilities** On a day-to-day basis, you will support the technical development of our projects, including: * Conducting **on-site surveys and measurements**; * Drafting existing condition and proposal floor plans; * Producing **floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details**; * Developing documentation for construction execution; * Detailing elements such as kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, carpentry, and other custom solutions; * Supporting preparation of information for **budgeting and execution**; * Reviewing drawings and identifying inconsistencies, omissions, or incompatibilities; * Organizing and updating project technical documentation; * Collaborating with architects, designers, suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders; * Supporting the team across the various phases of the Construction Plan planning methodology. **Who we’re looking for** We seek someone with: * A degree in **Architecture, Technical Architecture, or a related field**; * Strong technical drawing skills; * Knowledge of construction methods and building solutions; * Ability to conduct surveys and interpret on-site measurements; * Attention to detail and rigor; * Organizational skills and ability to follow procedures; * Autonomy in problem-solving; * Receptiveness to feedback and ability to correct quickly; * Willingness to learn and grow. Experience in residential projects, renovations, interiors, construction execution, or site supervision will be valued.
