We are looking to strengthen our Projects Department by hiring a Project Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage hotel construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, designers, suppliers, and contractors); * Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations; * Monitor and control schedules, costs, and resources; * Prepare regular progress reports and present performance indicators to management; * Identify project risks and propose proactive solutions; * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the hotel is ready for opening as planned. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; * Experience in hotel construction or renovation (preferred); * Knowledge of civil and hospitality construction regulations and standards in Portugal; * Experience managing suppliers and contractors; * Proficiency in project management methodologies; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Willingness to travel; * Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Health insurance; * Company benefits in effect.
