We are seeking an **IT Specialist** to be responsible for our IT infrastructure, vendor management, and implementation of our digital transformation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence strategy—ensuring alignment with technology partners while guaranteeing the organization’s future autonomy in managing and evolving its technological ecosystem. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields; \- Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystems, notably Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps; \- Familiarity with collaborative platforms, workflows, and low-code/no-code tools; \- Ability to manage and maintain the company’s IT hardware and deployed enterprise solutions; \- Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence projects, process automation, and system integration; \- Capability to manage, analyze, and structure organizational processes; \- Strong communication and written expression skills in both Portuguese and English. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience in managing IT infrastructures (hardware and software); \- Proven ability and experience in managing partners and vendors; \- Business-oriented AI knowledge and intelligent automation expertise; \- Experience in digital transformation and innovation projects; \- Ability to bridge technical and operational teams; \- Analytical, autonomous, and problem-solving mindset; \- Proactivity, organization, and prioritization skills; \- Technological curiosity and continuous learning attitude. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Management and maintenance of the company’s technological infrastructure; \- IT support to various business units; \- Oversight of the company’s digital transformation project and ensuring its sustainability: \- Implementation of AI platforms and agents; \- Redesign and automation of internal processes; \- Integration among systems, workflows, and digital tools; \- Monitoring quality, stability, and security of automated workflows; \- Support in creating and managing dashboards (BI/BA) for business control; \- Supporting continuous evolution of the technological ecosystem and implementation of new automations and AI agents. **WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT YUNIT** \- Participation in a strategic and innovative digital transformation and AI initiative; \- Direct exposure to intelligent automation, workflows, and business-oriented AI; \- A collaborative, dynamic, and multidisciplinary environment; \- High level of autonomy and responsibility; \- Professional growth opportunity within a rapidly evolving technological organization. \- Possibility to support the consulting team in implementing digital transformation projects for clients.
