Main Responsibilities: * Contract cost control; * Budget preparation; * Supervision of technical teams; * Client follow-up; * Service execution monitoring; * Communication with suppliers; * Preparation of performance reports. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Experience in building maintenance and knowledge of the market; * Team management capability; * Strong client relationship management skills; * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory).
