Opportunities for professional development and continuous training NVE Engenharias, S.A., a leading company in the civil construction sector, experiencing strong growth and continuously investing in innovation and digitalization of its processes, is currently recruiting a BIM Manager to join its technical team, with duties to be performed in Lisbon. We seek a professional with strategic vision and strong commitment to continuous improvement, who will actively contribute to implementing and developing the BIM methodology across our projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define, implement, and develop the company's medium- and long-term BIM strategy * Develop and manage the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) * Develop and ensure compliance with BIM standards, procedures, and guidelines * Interpret and structure the Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), where applicable * Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary BIM teams (internal and external) * Ensure quality, consistency, and organization of BIM models * Promote coordination among different project disciplines * Ensure proper management and sharing of information in collaborative environments (CDE) * Ensure interoperability and formats such as IFC and BCF across software and platforms * Support project and site teams in implementing and using BIM methodologies * Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization of digital processes * Promote knowledge sharing and internal training in the BIM field REQUIRED PROFILE: * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM-related roles * Proven experience in implementing and coordinating BIM methodologies within construction companies * Solid knowledge of BIM standards and best practices, particularly ISO 19650 Parts 1 and 2 * Ability to implement classification systems such as Uniclass 2015 and SECClasS * Familiarity with data exchange formats (IFC, COBie, etc.) * Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, and collaborative CDE platforms), ARCHICAD, and SOLIBRI * Leadership, organizational, and planning skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills * BIM certifications recognized by buildingSMART, PMI, or equivalent bodies are highly valued * Technical English proficiency (preferred) WE OFFER: * Integration into a solid, innovative, and growing company * Participation in challenging and technologically advanced projects * A collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training * Health insurance * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and role * Potential progression to Digital Construction Manager / Head of BIM Interested candidates should send their CV to recursoshumanos@nve.pt, with the subject line Ref.
