Teixeira Duarte – Engineering and Construction, S.A. is currently reinforcing its Infrastructure teams through the recruitment of Civil Construction Site Supervisors (m/f).

1\. Job Description:
* Support and supervision throughout all project phases on site;
* Daily coordination and supervision of in-house teams and subcontractors;
* Monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and planning schedules;
* Ensuring timely availability of required materials, tools, and equipment;
* Verifying proper execution of works to guarantee quality standards;
* Valid driver's license for light vehicles;
* Willingness to travel nationwide;
2\. Technical Profile:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in maritime construction projects;
* Experience in Public Works, particularly in: Maritime works, Water and Sewerage Networks, Low-Voltage Infrastructure, and Telecommunications infrastructure;
* Proven experience in team coordination within construction environments;
* Minimum education level: 12th grade (technical training in construction preferred);
* Experience managing operational teams;
* Willingness to perform duties anywhere across the national territory.
