ROLE: Support sales team members in managing the customer portfolio and opportunities. Contact companies and potential B2B customers to introduce available services. Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring their proper registration in the CRM. Prepare and monitor commercial proposals, supporting the sales process. Maintain customer contact throughout various stages of the commercial process. Collaborate with different departments across the company to ensure excellence in service. Perform administrative tasks supporting commercial operations. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building customer relationships. Dynamic, organized, autonomous, and responsible profile. Strong results orientation and eagerness to acquire new knowledge. Good ability to integrate and work effectively in teams. Proficiency in end-user computer tools. Prior professional experience in administrative, commercial, or customer service roles will be considered an advantage.
