Does your drive to succeed translate into tangible results? **Shift Supervisor - Warehouse (Weekends)** **Azeitão** **Mission** Ensure efficient management of warehouse operations during weekend shifts, guaranteeing safety, team coordination, and achievement of operational objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise warehouse logistics operations, ensuring product receiving, storage, production replenishment, and dispatch. * Ensure stock, loading, and unloading control, meeting defined service levels. * Coordinate internal and external teams, promoting operational efficiency and adherence to procedures. * Monitor resources, equipment, and facilities, identifying improvement opportunities. * Track performance indicators and prepare operational reports. * Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and QESH departments. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards. * Develop and support the team through continuous coaching, training, and feedback. **Requirements** * Intermediate or higher education in Logistics, Industrial Management, Transportation, or related fields. * Professional experience in logistics operations and/or team management will be valued. * Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment will be valued. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP will be valued. * Knowledge of English and Spanish will be valued. * Availability to work exclusively on weekends. **Required Competencies** * Leadership and team management capability. * Strong results- and customer-oriented mindset. * Planning and organizational skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Decision-making capability in operational environments. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **Why Join CCEP:** * Work with world-renowned brands in a multinational company, leading international projects to deliver innovative and technological solutions for all stakeholders within our organization; * We label bottles, not people.
