You will play a key role in the success of the SII project in Portugal, combining business development, recruitment, and team management. Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will focus on two main areas: B* **usiness:** manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability. ( prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management) R * **ecruitment and management:** contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.
