Main responsibilities include direct support to the kitchen team and the Chef: Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, and seasoning ingredients (vegetables, meats, fish). Cleaning and Organization: Washing dishes and utensils, sanitizing countertops, and general maintenance of the pantry and kitchen. Stock Management: Assisting with receiving, monitoring, and proper storage of food products. Assistance in Cooking: Helping with plating and, in some cases, performing simple cooking tasks.
