




Job Summary: Vila Galé is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the Human Resources Department in various functions, including internal communications, events, and recruitment, while developing professional competencies in the hospitality sector. Opportunity to join the team after the internship Vila Galé aims to integrate a Human Resources Intern into its HR Department. **YOUR PROFILE:** * Higher education degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Sociology, Communication, Psychology, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel); * Knowledge of Canva; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to undertake an in-person internship in the Oeiras region. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in the monthly internal communication planning (newsletters and WhatsApp); * Support in organizing internal events; * Support in nationwide recruitment activities; * Support in organizing the annual internal training schedule; * Support in researching and identifying new partnerships; * Support to the HR team during training events. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:** * Training and hands-on experience in the field; * Internship duration of 7 to 9 months, with potential for permanent integration; * Paid internship stipend of €1085 + meal allowance via card; * Development of personal and professional competencies; * Enhanced knowledge of the hospitality industry. **Location:** Country: Portugal, District/State: Lisbon **Work Schedule:** Full-Time **Contract Type:** Internship **Professional Experience:** **Availability:** Immediate **Accommodation Available:** No
