As an Accommodation Manager, your responsibilities will include: Daily management of property operations in the Porto area Conducting regular visits and inspections to ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety Coordinating in-person and self-service check-ins and check-outs Managing communication with guests before, during, and after their stay Supervising maintenance, cleaning, and laundry services in coordination with external partners Promptly and effectively resolving incidents and complaints Monitoring operational metrics (occupancy rates, reviews, guest satisfaction) Preparing reports and proposing continuous improvements Ensuring each property is fully prepared and in optimal condition to welcome guests Education and Experience: High school diploma (minimum requirement) 1–2 years of experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred) Proficiency with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, or similar Good command of English (French is a plus) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently Essential Skills: Strong customer orientation High attention to detail Proactivity and rigor Good organizational and time-management skills Sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous improvement What We Offer: Integration into a growing company Autonomy and responsibility from day one Joining a young and dynamic team Opportunity for professional development If you identify with this profile and wish to join a growing project, apply now!
