We are currently supporting a Lisbon-based construction company renowned for developing holistic projects that integrate design, functionality, and innovation, in integrating a Construction Cost Estimator. This role will play an essential part in preparing and providing technical and financial monitoring of construction works, ensuring accuracy in measurements, consistency in costs, and support for decision-making. We seek a candidate with experience in measurement and cost estimation who wishes to join a structured, quality-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare measurements based on technical drawings and site visits * Develop quantity take-off sheets and cost estimates * Request and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations * Prepare detailed budgets by section and specialty * Support site management in technical and financial monitoring * Validate on-site measurements for certification and invoicing * Identify and monitor potential budget deviations **Desired Profile:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field * Experience in construction measurement and cost estimation * Strong ability to read technical drawings * Proficiency in Excel and cost estimation support tools * Rigor, organization, and attention to detail * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams We value professionals with a strong sense of responsibility, a structured work methodology, and focus on the technical and financial consistency of projects.
