Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. We are looking for a talented Development Communications Associate to join our team! **What you will do?** * Support and coordinate communication with members and prospects throughout the lifecycle of their home projects. * Assist with scheduling and preparing member meetings, site walks, and project milestones. * Track project progress across design, permitting, tendering, and construction phases. * Conduct site visits, document progress, and produce photo and status reports. * Maintain accurate records of communications, reports, and project documentation. * Support the team with design documentation and development reporting. **What are we looking for?** * Fluent in spoken and written **English** . * Background in customer service or a role requiring strong client interaction. * Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. * Strong listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills. * Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under time pressure. * Proficient in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint** ; experience with **Adobe tools** and **Microsoft Project** is a plus. ***What do we offer?*** Work\-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salaries, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local. *If you have what it takes and want to build a career, this is the place for you* \#LI\-TP1
