Job Summary: BAI Europa Bank is seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain the IT and security infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security. We are currently recruiting a **Systems and Infrastructure Administrator** to join the Information Systems Department. This role will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, management, monitoring, and maintenance of the Bank's information security infrastructure, thereby guaranteeing its operation at a high level of performance and security. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Infrastructure** \- Perform technical activities across various levels of the Bank's infrastructure (*hardware*, *software*, and databases), ensuring installation, configuration, and monitoring to guarantee appropriate performance and availability of the information systems infrastructure. * **Backups and Data Recovery** \- Independently perform backup and data recovery operations in accordance with established institutional processes and procedures. * **Access Management** \- Independently configure access rights for Bank employees, monitor them over time, and provide support to various users whenever necessary. * **Infrastructure Operations** \- Independently carry out infrastructure operations that ensure proper behavior of all systems, guaranteeing their performance and availability. * **Corrective and Evolutionary Maintenance** \- Independently conduct technical development of fixes, functional modifications, or new functionalities for internally developed applications. * **Business Continuity Plan** \- Independently contribute to the operationalization of the business continuity plan in collaboration with the Unit Manager, ensuring control over information storage and management. * **Continuous Improvement** \- Independently propose new solutions and ideas that promote continuous improvement of solutions, performance, and availability. * **Promotion of Established Procedures and Standards** \- Independently promote the implementation and compliance with standards, processes, and procedures established for the department and the Bank. **Desired Profile:** * Degree in Information Systems or related field; * Certifications in Information Security (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles; * Initiative, continuous learning mindset, and proactivity; * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; * Ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems autonomously; * Strong customer orientation and focus on user experience; **We offer some of our benefits:** * 27 days of vacation; * SAMS; * Benefits and discounts; * Continuous training; * Internal events.
