**TUMO** is a creative technologies center founded in Armenia and now present in over 10 countries. Designed for youth aged 12–18, TUMO is a free program that complements formal education through personalized learning paths in areas such as Programming, Robotics, Animation, Game Development, Music, Photography, and Graphic Design. In Portugal, TUMO centers already operate in Coimbra, Lisboa, and Porto—each accommodating up to 1\.500 students—with ambitions for nationwide expansion.

**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
We are looking for a highly operational, hands-on **Facilities & Operations Technician**, responsible for the day-to-day management of infrastructure and operations across a three-floor facility. This role plays a central part in ensuring smooth facility operations, guaranteeing that all spaces remain safe, organized, functional, and ready to host teams, partners, and the wider community.
This profile will oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, vendors, logistics, and infrastructure—ensuring rapid, efficient responses to the building’s operational needs.
**Facilities & Infrastructure Management**
* Ensure daily operations across the campus’s three floors, maintaining high standards of organization, maintenance, and security;
* Monitor and resolve operational needs related to infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and shared spaces;
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions, overseeing external vendors;
* Supervise external services including cleaning, security, vending, and maintenance;
* Monitor overall facility conditions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
* Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and emergency procedures;
* Support access management and building entry control;
* Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and workspaces are prepared for daily use and events.
**Operational & Logistics Management**
* Support the logistical organization of events and internal activities;
* Perform minor interventions and practical resolution of day-to-day operational issues;
* Assist with administrative processes related to operations—including invoice tracking, procurement, and vendor communication;
* Maintain updated inventories and ensure effective resource and equipment management;
* Collaborate closely with various teams to respond promptly to campus operational needs.
**WHAT YOU BRING:**
* 3\+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or infrastructure management;
* Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety protocols, and local regulations;
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities;
* High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate operational needs;
* Strong communication, time management, and budget management skills;
* Creativity in solving challenges and problems;
* Practical mindset: proactive, efficient, and results-oriented;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
**WHAT WE OFFER:**
* A full-time, on-site position at our office;

* **Salary:** €1\.325.00 per month (plus Christmas and Holiday bonuses, both paid in twelfths) and a Meal Allowance provided via Food Card (€10.20 per full working day);
