Summary: Seeking a proactive and collaborative web application developer to contribute to a secure GPT service, focusing on architecture, APIs, testing, and continuous platform improvement. We are committed to technological leadership, based on the quality of our service and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. ##### **Responsibilities:** * Delivered and fully tested functional components for the Secure GPT service. * Search, study, define/design technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, and implemented features. * Defined KPIs and associated monitoring (dashboards, metrics, or reports) to track usage and performance. * Automated workflows and scripts supporting platform operations and efficiency. * Contributions and proposals for continuous improvement of the platform, including implemented enhancements. ##### **Main Skills:** * Minimum of 5 years of Expertise in web application development, ideally within Azure environments. * Expertise with AI APIs and/or frameworks: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI (as applicable); Frameworks such as Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic / agent\-based capabilities. * Demonstrated capability to own features end\-to\-end: study, plan, implement, document, test, and monitor. * Autonomous and pro\-active working style: able to take topics from A to Z without hand\-holding and continuously improve own work. * Collaborative mindset: able to work effectively in cross\-functional, international teams. * Adaptable: comfortable with shifting priorities and evolving context. * Problem\-solver: proactive and solution\-oriented by default. * Back\-end: Node.js * Front\-end: Next.js / React * Unit tests * End\-to\-end (E2E) tests * Expertise in API design, implementation, and operation. * Hands\-on expertise with Azure, including: Design, operations, and management of App Services; Cosmos DB; Application Insights; Monitoring * Expertise with DevOps practices and tools: Azure DevOps; CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentals and automation scripts for workflows and operations. * Expertise in prompt engineering: Able to draft, test, and iteratively improve prompts to leverage AI effectively. ##### **Nice\-to\-have:** * Terraform and/or Bicep for infrastructure deployment * Observability and monitoring tools * Azure and API certification * Knowledge of data security and compliance ##### **Language Skills:** * English fluency ##### **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routine * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (in 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and seniority gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits portal with attractive offers
