It is currently recruiting an Operations Supervisor for the Lisbon area, with experience in team coordination and operational management of cleaning services. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise cleaning teams operationally; * Prepare work schedules, vacation plans, and ensure substitute staff management; * Conduct onboarding and integration of new employees, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations; * Ensure proper execution of cleaning services according to defined quality standards; * Support and accompany teams on-site; * Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels; * Monitor adherence to operational procedures and implement improvement actions whenever necessary. Required Profile: * Professional experience in professional cleaning or facility services; * Experience in team coordination and management; * Solid knowledge of labor legislation; * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Leadership mindset, autonomy, dynamism, and proactivity; * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Valid driver's license.
