Job Summary: We are seeking a Product and Specification Technician to strengthen our team, contributing to the technical development of brands and supporting customers and specifiers. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and develop technical information for the product portfolio. 2. Support architects, designers, and customers in specifying solutions. 3. Daily contact with leading international brands. At **EM LIVING**, we manage and develop leading international brands in architecture, interior design, and construction. We work with technical and innovative materials, supporting architects, designers, manufacturers, and construction companies from the design phase through to project execution. We are looking for a **Product and Specification Technician** to strengthen our team, contributing to the technical development of the brands we represent and supporting our network of customers and specifiers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop technical information for the product portfolio. * Support architects, designers, project engineers, and customers in specifying the most suitable solutions. * Prepare technical and commercial documentation (technical datasheets, presentations, proposals, and catalogs). * Support the sales team in identifying and developing business opportunities. * Monitor projects in coordination with manufacturers, customers, and the sales team. * Collaborate on the launch and positioning of new products. * Organize training sessions and technical presentations for architecture firms and other specifiers. * Keep technical and commercial information, as well as the specifier database, up to date. **Required Profile:** * Higher education degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field. * Interest in construction materials, architecture, design, and innovation. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation. * Good command of English (Spanish and French are advantageous). * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Initiative, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
