Our management team guarantees an **empathetic** and present **leadership** that will provide superior **technological engagement** and delivery to our clients' projects and products. **Responsibilities** * Provide application and operational support in production environments. * Manage incidents, service requests, and L1/L2 support activities. * Monitor applications and analyze logs to identify and resolve issues. * Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and Terraform. * Contribute to continuous service improvement and ensure SLA compliance. * Support DR / Live Play activities and participate in 24/7 production support (shifts and on\-call). * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure platform stability and reliability. **Qualifications and Experience** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering. * 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with Cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with Ansible and Docker. * Experience in L1/L2 Application Support, preferably within a banking environment. * Good understanding of core banking operations and troubleshooting methodologies. * Strong knowledge of Linux, CLI, and Shell Scripting. * Proficiency in Python and/or Bash. * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform. * Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse. * Knowledge of ITIL practices. * Fluent English. * Relevant certifications are a plus: RH294, CKAD, DO374, Terraform Associate, and Vault Associate. **What you can discover with us?** * Be part of a tech start\-up * Different scopes of project in different sectors * Structure of fairness and equity salary (Consultant Profile) * Training \& Certification * Career Path management * More than 30 Partnerships * Welvaart Ambassador Program **UNLEASH THE POWER OF YOUR CAREER** **https://halike.welvaart.io/careers/64/** Pagamento: Até 2 700,00€ por mês Localização do trabalho: Trabalho remoto híbrido em Lisboa
