Job Summary: Data analyst responsible for interpreting and analyzing customer information to optimize management decision-making and company performance. Key Highlights: 1. Designing and developing data-driven strategies. 2. Applying analytical models for continuous improvement. 3. Preparing reports and proposals for management and other departments. JOB PURPOSE Interpret and analyze data and customer insights—both internal and external—to facilitate and optimize management decision-making and company performance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Designing and developing strategies through recurring manipulation and analysis of large volumes of data, based on structured and normalized datasets. * Applying analytical models and analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies, identify improvement opportunities, define action plans, and present recommendations to the management team for subsequent adjustment and implementation. * Analyzing cross-functional business data and variables—including portfolio performance, leverage effectiveness, customer behavior forecasting, portfolio re-evaluation, customer profitability, productivity, judicial management, among others. * Preparing reports, analyses, and proposals directed at the management team and other organizational departments. * Adhering to environmental best practices in an office context. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNICATIONS **INTERNAL:** * Operations; * Finance; * IT / Information Systems; * *Master Servicing*; * Senior Management Team. **PERSON SPECIFICATION:** **FORMAL EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. **KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE** * Databases; * Excel; * PowerPoint and other industry-standard tools; * Good command of English; * SQL knowledge (preferred). * Spanish knowledge (preferred).
