If you're **based in Lisbon**, this might be the opportunity for you! **Business Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Understanding and clarifying business needs. * Structuring and maintaining clear, complete, and testable user stories. * Ensuring well\-defined acceptance criteria and continuous functional support to the team. * Ensure the correct adoption of the Scrum framework, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and tracking team delivery and productivity. * This is a client\-facing role, with autonomy to attend and lead client meetings independently, representing the team and ensuring alignment between all parties. * This is a versatile position for someone that enjoys being hands\-on and can act as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or support functional testing activities when needed. **Skills** * Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas. * Minimum 3 years in a similar role. * Strong communication skills. * Rigor in requirements definition. * Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. * Previous experience in the banking or insurance sector and Scrum certification (PSM/CSM or equivalent) are valued. * Fluent in English \- written and spoken (mandatory).
