Ensure materials and resources are efficiently managed. Monitor equipment maintenance and workflow optimization. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to deliver quality and profitability. Who You Are: Degree in Engineering, Management, or similar. Proven experience in industrial or production roles. Strong leadership and problem\-solving abilities. Excellent communication, ERP, and Excel skills. Proactive, organized, and self\-driven.
