If you are organized, communicative, customer-oriented, and thrive in the fast-paced restaurant industry, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Management and coordination of all reservations across the restaurant group; * Telephone, email, and online reservation platform support; * Organization and optimization of restaurant occupancy; * Direct contact with operational teams to ensure excellence in service; * Handling special requests and monitoring the customer experience; * Updating and maintaining the customer database. **Candidate Profile** * Excellent communication and customer service skills; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; * Proficiency in standard computer applications; * English language proficiency (mandatory); additional languages are an asset; * Prior experience in similar roles or within the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred. **We Offer** * Full-time employment contract; * On-site working hours in Estoril; * Two days off per week; * Integration into a solid and growing group; * A dynamic work environment and professional development opportunities. **Work Location:** Estoril If you believe you are the right fit and wish to join a team passionate about excellence in hospitality, please send us your application.
