This includes collaborating on developing event concepts and ideas, as well as supporting operations, content, speaker management, registrations, team coordination, and technical and production management. Additionally, this role involves supporting the development and implementation of internal communications initiatives linked to events, ensuring message consistency, alignment with strategic objectives, and an integrated experience for diverse internal audiences.**Job Description:** Supports all meetings and discussions related to event planning and production. Contributes to identifying, managing, and coordinating speakers for events and conference participation, including handling requests and alignment. Assists across all phases of event production, ensuring logistical support and vendor management throughout the event lifecycle—from planning through on-site execution and post-event analysis. Supports the team in developing and managing deliverables, including project plans, agendas, meeting minutes, and budget tracking. Contributes to developing internal communications plans aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities and various internal stakeholders. Supports implementing internal communications initiatives, ensuring message consistency, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to deadlines. Collaborates on creating communications content and materials (e.g., newsletters, internal announcements, presentations, and campaigns), ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with brand identity.
