Job Summary: The Gateway Customs Ops Support ensures the smooth operation of the customs clearance process for non-EU import/export, performing tasks such as reading, loading, checking, and handling cargo. Commitment to excellence and professional pride **CUSTOMS OPS SUPPORT** (M/F) The Gateway Customs Ops Support role is primarily responsible for ensuring the operational customs process for non-EU import and export of parcels. Performs tasks related to reading and loading parcels according to internal procedures, cargo verification and handling. Scans documentation and ensures the process proceeds without irregularities. Conducts warehouse control and provides necessary support to the physical import and export process to ensure its smoothness and efficiency. Initial on-the-job training is planned to ensure the new team member’s success and our customers’ satisfaction. Requirements: * 12th grade education (preferred) * Prior experience in operational support (manual cargo handling) \- preferred * Familiarity with international import and export procedures (preferred) * Driver's license (ease of travel to the airport) * Language skills: English (preferred) * Experience with Office software and adaptability to new IT systems * Good time management / flexibility and availability / team-oriented mindset * Commitment to excellence (professional pride, responsibility, and dedication to doing things well) \- Work Location – Humberto Delgado Airport \- Rua C \- Building 69 \- Lisbon
