Direct exposure to executive-level decision-making The Strategic Project Manager will work directly with the CEO, leading the development and execution of high\-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This position requires close collaboration with multiple business areas, as well as external partners and consultants when necessary, to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with the company's long\-term objectives. ROLE: Analyze, prioritize, and resolve strategic challenges affecting different business functions; Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of key strategic initiatives; Partner with department leaders and the executive team to ensure business activities support corporate objectives; Develop data\-driven analyses and insights to support strategic decision\-making; Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables effectively; Contribute to the definition and execution of the company's strategic roadmap. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is considered a strong advantage; At least 3 years of experience in strategic project management, consulting, business strategy, or a similar role; Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex business challenges; Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment; Excellent leadership, communication, and cross\-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
