Join us to work with advanced technology and shape the future of automotive innovation. ### **What you'll do** * Organize and coordinate daily shift activities to achieve production targets. * Allocate tasks and supervise Operators and Team Leaders. * Provide technical support and resolve production, quality, and maintenance issues, escalating when required. * Monitor quality, safety, and production performance, including stopping production when necessary. * Coordinate material flow to ensure efficient line operation. * Lead the shift emergency response team. * Support the training and development of Operators and Team Leaders. * Complete shift reports and health \& safety incident documentation. * Ensure compliance with company production, quality, safety, and 5S standards. ### **What we offer** A positive and collaborative working atmosphere, fosteringpersonal growth and team spirit.
