Summary: The Strategic Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and provide analytical insights to drive company growth. Highlights: 1. Involvement in top-level decision-making processes The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives that are essential to the company's success. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders. ROLE: Evaluate, investigate, and resolve high\-priority business issues across the organization; Coordinate the planning, implementation, and completion of strategic initiatives; Collaborate with senior leadership and department managers to align teams with the company’s strategic goals; Develop analytical insights and reports to support strategy development; Ensure effective management of schedules, budgets, and project resources; Contribute to strategic discussions and support the company's growth plans. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar disciplines; MBA preferred; At least 3 years of experience in consultancy, strategic project management, business strategy, or related roles; Strong strategic reasoning and analytical problem\-solving skills; Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic and demanding environment; Leadership mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and work autonomously.
