Solid and rapidly growing company upK, a Maintenance Management company, is seeking 1 Electrician to work as part of a resident maintenance team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance at Vasco da Gama Shopping Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform general building maintenance tasks; \- Carry out preventive maintenance actions on equipment according to the established maintenance plan. \- Carry out corrective maintenance actions on equipment. \- Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions.
