Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of internal projects, manage resources, and ensure timely execution while optimizing processes and driving growth. Certified in ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 9001 (Quality), PCI\-QSA, and members of CREST and CIS \- Centre for Internet Security, we serve a substantial client base operating across more than 20 countries. * Control requirements and identify activities/tasks required to achieve the project objective; * Lead the full lifecycle of internal projects (meetings, planning, monitoring, and closure), ensuring their viability. * Ensure resource availability and allocation. * Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress. * Manage project progress and adapt work as needed. * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, where applicable, to ensure timely project execution. * Anticipate and manage key project issues, conflicts, and risks; * Where applicable, develop risk mitigation plans. * Ensure projects meet deadlines. * Conduct project analyses and generate detailed reports for management. * Proactively disseminate project information to stakeholders. * Optimize and improve processes and overall approaches, when necessary and applicable. * Identify growth opportunities and initiate new projects. * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or related field; * 2–3 years of professional experience in similar roles; * English (spoken and written); * Critical thinking skills for problem analysis and solution proposal; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Leadership and negotiation capabilities; * Adaptability, independence, proactivity, resilience, and genuine interest in human relations; * Excellent communication and collaboration skills; * Preference for specialized training or certification in project management. - What we offer: * Strong organizational culture: collaboration, knowledge sharing, flexibility, integrity, and low ego; * Talent recognition and development support; * Commitment to our employees’ professional growth.
