Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in AutoCAD, Office, and Excel for project coordination and management, supplier negotiation, and technical drawing preparation. Supplier negotiation and technical drawing preparation What We Look for in Candidates: * 12th grade or higher; * Prior experience in this role; * AutoCAD and Office experience (mandatory); * Strong Excel knowledge; * Revit experience (preferred); * Spanish language knowledge (preferred); * Ability to negotiate with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers across various areas; * Strong communication skills; * Good interpersonal skills within multidisciplinary teams; * Project coordination and management capability; * Proactive attitude. Responsibilities: * Implementations, profiles, and budgeting; * Supplier contact; * Technical drawings.
