About the Role We are seeking a 3rd Line Application Support Analyst for the banking sector to ensure application and operational support, maintaining service levels and analyzing/resolving incidents in both technical and functional contexts. This role combines monitoring, alert management, process improvement, and development of automation solutions to strengthen service control and operational efficiency. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in similar application support roles. Strong experience in application and operational support to maintain service levels. Experience in monitoring and alert management. Ability to develop tools and automation solutions for service management and control. Experience in analysis and resolution of internal/external, technical/functional incidents and problems. Ability to understand and internalize application workflows and perform functional analysis. Experience in analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools. SQL knowledge. Knowledge of AIX/Linux operating systems from a user perspective. Strong combination of technical and functional skills. Intermediate/advanced scripting knowledge, such as Shell/Bash and Python. Work Model Support during standard business hours. Rotational remote night coverage with other team members. Night coverage is always remote; no physical presence is required during nighttime.
