Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain buildings, with a focus on solutions and space preservation. Key Highlights: 1. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician, you will join an organization with nearly 30 years of experience in building management and maintenance, serving residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Where will you work? In the center of Lisbon. What will your responsibilities be? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, plumbing systems, and general minor repairs; Carry out light metalworking interventions (e.g., door repairs, lock adjustments, hinge fixes, alignments, etc.); Support the maintenance of building equipment and infrastructure; Identify intervention needs and report anomalies; Ensure the upkeep of common areas and assist with minor internal works. Manage complaints regarding building maintenance. What do you need to join this project? Experience in similar roles; Knowledge in Maintenance / Electricity, Plumbing, and Metalworking; Punctuality and sense of responsibility; Communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively; Immediate availability. What do we offer? Direct contract with the client, fixed-term for 6 months, renewable; Base salary commensurate with professional experience; Meal allowance: €6; Transport pass reimbursement; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
