Your main responsibilities will include: Performing check-ins and check-outs, both in person and remotely Providing confident and friendly tourist, cultural, and historical information Entering and confirming reservations in our system Issuing invoices, recording charges, and collecting payments accurately Anticipating guests’ needs to deliver a memorable service Promoting and booking the tourism services offered by the company Organizing and archiving all front-desk documentation Communicating clearly and professionally — always ?? What we are looking for: Education in Hotel Management or Tourism Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel, hostel, or local accommodation reception Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are welcome!) Excellent appearance and professional demeanor Proactivity, friendliness, responsibility, and punctuality Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Flexible availability for rotating shifts (8:00–16:30 / 15:30–24:00, including weekends and holidays) Good user-level computer skills ??
