We offer an indefinite-term contract, with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours and rotating shifts. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate *visual merchandising* efforts, including apparel, accessories, and footwear. * Design displays for apparel lines, commercial items, and accessory collections. * Create original presentation *designs* and/or redesign existing presentations to attract the target audience. * Supervise the implementation of *visual merchandising* in stores, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. * Collaborate with the sales team to align *visual merchandising* strategies with promotional campaigns and sales objectives. **ABOUT YOU** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in high-volume fashion retail. * University degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Marketing, or related field is preferred. * Experience in *design* and window display setup for apparel lines. * Knowledge of creating and redesigning visual presentations to attract the target audience. * Prior experience in similar roles, ideally within retail or fashion environments. * Practical in-store experience or formal training in VM. **WHAT WE OFFER** * A solid project with high volume and visibility. * A challenging environment where your impact is seen and valued. * Opportunity for professional growth and internal promotion. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * As part of the MANGO team, you will enjoy a discount across all our product lines, so you’ll always be on-trend! * At MANGO, we invest in your personal and professional growth.
