Dynamic and multicultural work environment The Iberian-based Zenith Group is currently expanding and recruiting for the positions of Area Manager (Southern Portugal) and Area Manager (International). **1. Area Manager – Southern Portugal** We are looking for an experienced professional to supervise and coordinate operations of units located in Southern Portugal. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational performance of units; * Ensure compliance with brand quality and service standards; * Lead, train, and develop teams; * Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions; * Ensure profitability and achievement of defined objectives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in food service management; * Experience leading teams; * Availability for travel; * Valid driver's license; * English (preferred). **2. International Area Manager** We seek a dynamic, results-oriented professional to support and develop the Group's international operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise international units and ensure implementation of brand standards; * Train and support local management teams; * Monitor operational and financial performance; * Identify growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing food service operations; * Experience supervising multiple units; * Availability for frequent domestic and international travel; * Fluency in English (mandatory); * Spanish language skills will be valued.
