With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together. **Ready to awaken your best with us?** ### **What you'll do:** * You will support daily cash operations by monitoring cash balances, updating cash trackers, and ensuring accounts have sufficient liquidity. * You will assist with daily payment runs, verify information accuracy, and support both local and international payments. * You will help manage bank accounts by collecting documentation, updating internal records, and coordinating with banks on operational matters. * You will support intercompany cash movements, funding requests, and basic cash pooling tasks. * You will help maintain accurate documentation, including bank details, process notes, and authorizations, and support basic reconciliations or control checks. * You will assist in preparing weekly or monthly cash reports and dashboards for Treasury and Finance teams. * You will contribute to Treasury improvement initiatives, such as process automation, system clean\-ups, and policy implementation. ### **Who we're looking for :** * You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * You are interested in cash management, banking operations, or Treasury (previous experience is a plus but not required). * You are equipped with a strong analytical mindset and solid Excel skills. * You are someone with high attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style. * You are proactive, curious, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders. * You are fluent in English. ### **What we offer:** * A competitive Package of 1250€ monthly (including meal allowance and Coverflex benefits) * Employee discount on Emma products for yourself, friends and family (applicable in all EU markets) * Private health insurance including dental care * In\-house Portuguese classes from beginner to advanced level * A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals * The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team * Responsibility and decision\-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA * To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events **Become an Emmie** We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next.
