Experience with enterprise or B2B products and complex systems We're looking for a senior product designer who has already moved beyond using AI as a shortcut \- and is actively building it into their daily workflow. The right person can turn a vague problem into a working prototype fast, communicates well with engineers, and is genuinely comfortable in complex, enterprise\-scale environments. **Responsibilities** * Own design end\-to\-end \- from problem framing to high\-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff * Work autonomously in a fast\-moving environment with minimal direction * Rapidly translate vague briefs into structured approaches and testable outputs * Build and iterate AI\-assisted design workflows to accelerate delivery * Create prototypes that feel near\-functional \- not just wireframes * Collaborate closely with developers, thinking in systems and components * Present design decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders * Contribute across multiple workstreams simultaneously **Requirements** * Senior\-level UX/Product Design experience across complex digital products * Hands\-on use of AI tools in your daily design work \- not occasional, habitual * Proficiency with Figma, including MCP integration and Figma Make * Comfortable working with Claude, Copilot, or equivalent AI agents in a design context * Experience with enterprise or B2B products \- complex systems, not just consumer apps * Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to defend decisions under pressure * Technical fluency \- you don't need to code, but you need to think like someone who does * Background across multiple sectors and product types * Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise compliance requirements * Available to commute to Lisbon for a hybrid setup (2 days/week on\-site) * Preferably available to start within 30 days
