Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Quality Technician to oversee ISO 9001:2015 processes, conduct HACCP audits, and monitor microbiological analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are recruiting a Food Quality Technician (M/F) for a prestigious client company, a leader in its industry sector. **Responsibilities:** * Control processes according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard; * Conduct HACCP audits, prepare reports, and follow up on respective action plans; * Monitor microbiological analyses and verify proper equipment operation; * Supervise daily records and perform departmental tasks, such as weight control, traceability exercises, and product withdrawal simulations; * Ensure daily compliance with good hygiene and occupational safety practices. **Requirements:** * Education and experience in the Quality field; * Theoretical and practical knowledge of implementing and monitoring ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, and HACCP systems; * Dynamism, initiative, and strong organizational skills; * Proactivity, resilience, and willingness to learn; * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Advanced Excel; * Good spoken English, due to the need for interaction with clients and international audits. **Location:** Near Lisbon Airport; **Working Hours:** Rotating 8-hour shifts (availability to work weekends and holidays); Rotating days off. **Offer:** * Integration into a leading company; * Excellent working conditions; * Employment contract; If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your updated CV.
