Job Summary: Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data from app stores and social media, create dashboards, and present insights to various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Career development path and a culture of continuous feedback **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Collect, organize, and analyze data from: * App stores (downloads, conversion, retention, etc.) * Social media (engagement, reach, audience growth) * Create and update performance dashboards and reports. * Structure and maintain organized databases and spreadsheets. * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from data. * Support comparative analyses and market benchmarking. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams. * Present insights clearly and objectively to various departments. **WHAT WE NEED** * Completed degree in quantitative fields (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar). * Prior experience (internship or projects) in data analysis. * Solid foundation in data analysis and logical reasoning. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate/advanced level). * Familiarity with digital product and marketing metrics. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Strong communication skills to translate data into insights. * Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis **THE EXTRA EDGE** * Familiarity with metrics such as CPI, LTV, retention, engagement, and ROAS. * Interest in games, mobile apps, or digital entertainment. * Proactive, curious profile with eagerness to learn and grow rapidly. **OUR CULTURE INCLUDES** * A collaborative and team-oriented environment; * Freedom to propose new activities, processes, and methodologies; * We aim to help you advance—here you’ll find a career development path, biannual evaluations, and a culture of continuous feedback; Compensation: €1,500.00 \- €3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Flexible working hours * Life insurance * Remote work Work location: On-site
