Summary: This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers and affiliates, negotiating terms, executing growth initiatives, and monitoring performance in national and international markets. Opportunity for career growth in partnership management ROLE: Identify, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets. Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, ensuring ongoing engagement. Negotiate commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance\-based incentives. Plan and execute growth\-focused initiatives and reactivate inactive partners. Monitor performance, identify account growth, cross\-sell, and market expansion opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial assets. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or partnership management. Self\-motivated, eager to learn, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong data analysis and communication abilities; fluent in English. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools is considered an advantage.
