We are looking for a **Human Resources Technician** to join the Finance and Human Resources Department. **Responsibilities** · Payroll processing · Ensuring all onboarding and integration processes for new employees; · Organization and maintenance of individual personnel files; · Contract management · Submission and validation of DMRs to the Tax Authority (AT) and Social Security; · Submission of monthly reports to insurance providers; · Control and management of the employee portal; · Participation in workplace accident procedures; · Organization and maintenance of Occupational Health and Safety (HST)/Occupational Medicine files; · Support for Recruitment and Selection; **Required Profile** · Experience in similar roles; · Strong communication and interpersonal skills; · High sense of responsibility and organizational ability; · Proficiency in PRIMAVERA ERP software — HR module (preferred).
