As part of our expansion strategy, we seek to strengthen our team with a **Senior Civil Engineer** (M/F) to oversee construction sites and participate in technically demanding projects across Greater Lisbon. Key Responsibilities: * Coordination and management of construction projects from planning through to completion; * Technical supervision of construction works, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; * Preparation and analysis of technical proposals, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates; * Management of multidisciplinary teams and coordination with contractors and suppliers; * Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, safety, and environmental regulations; * Site management and support to management in investment planning and technical solutions. Required Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably on large-scale projects; * Active member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers; * Solid knowledge of construction planning, execution, and inspection; * Experience managing teams and engaging with stakeholders; * Proficiency in computer tools (AutoCAD, Office, etc.); * Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities; * Residence in the Greater Lisbon area (preferred).
