We are looking for a Budget Technician whose main responsibilities will include: \- Thoroughly analyzing projects with the aim of preparing proposals for client presentation; \- Organizing and managing the market inquiry process (suppliers/subcontractors); \- Performing project budget estimation based on measurements carried out and external inquiries; \- Supporting the preparation of proposals to be delivered to clients, including Work Plan, Labor Plan, Equipment Plan, Financial Schedule, and Descriptive Reports. Candidate Profile: \- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field; \- Prior experience in the construction industry (preferred); \- Knowledge of subcontractor and supplier markets within the construction sector; \- Strong ability to analyze and interpret project documentation; \- Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project is an advantage; \- Strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues; \- Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive; \- Eagerness to learn and advance professionally.
