Customer interaction and promotion of the company's image Position: HVAC Technician Location: Lisbon/South Bank (customer support) Requirements: \- Driver's license \- Certification for handling fluorinated gases **Responsibilities:** * Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, air handling units, VRV, split systems, etc.) * Diagnosis and resolution of faults in air conditioning and ventilation equipment * Recording and reporting technical interventions using internal tools * Supporting the implementation of technical improvements and energy efficiency proposals * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards * Customer interaction, ensuring excellent technical service and promoting the company's image. **Desired Profile:** * Professional training in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Electromechanics * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (industrial context preferred) * Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment * Certification for handling fluorinated gases (mandatory) * Good knowledge of electricity and automation (advantageous) * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Driver's license (mandatory) * Strong communication skills and customer orientation Salary: €1,100.00 \- €1,300.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Meal card/ticket * Company mobile phone Work location: On-site
